SLT Studios (“SLT,” “we,” “us”) is a streetwear label. This policy explains what we collect when you visit our site or shop a drop, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email hello@topslt.com.

• Contact & order info — name, email, shipping address, and what you bought, when you place an order.
• Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Phone number — only if you opt into a drop's SMS waitlist, used to text you about that drop.
• Device & usage — pages viewed, approximate location, and cookie data (see below).

We use cookies and similar storage to keep the store working (cart, checkout, security), remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. On your first visit we ask for your choice in a banner — Accept or Decline. Essential cookies needed to run the store are always on; anything non-essential only loads if you accept.

You can change your mind anytime by clearing this site's storage in your browser, which brings the banner back.

To fulfill and ship orders, take payment, send order and shipping updates, run the drop waitlist you opted into, prevent fraud, and improve the site. We do not sell your personal information.

Only the service providers that run the store on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase). They handle your data under their own terms and only to provide these services — never for their own marketing.

If you opt into SLT Studios texts — by entering your number on a drop or VIP signup form, or by texting SLT to our number — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional messages (drop alerts, VIP access, one-time codes, and order updates) at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month, more around a drop. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel and HELP for help.

We do not share or sell your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are used only to run the SLT Studios messaging program and are passed to our SMS provider (Twilio) solely to deliver these texts. See our SMS Terms.

We keep order records as long as needed for tax, legal, and support reasons, then delete or anonymize them.
