Terms & SMS Terms

By using slt.studio, joining a drop waitlist, opting into texts, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Questions? Email hello@slt.studio.

The SLT Studios SMS program sends two kinds of text messages under two separate consents: recurring automated marketing texts (drop launch alerts, VIP early access, one-time discount codes) and transactional texts (order confirmations and shipping updates).

• Marketing opt-in. You join only by actively checking the separate consent checkbox on a signup form at slt.studio and submitting your mobile number, or by texting SLT or VIP to our number. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default; every signup form also accepts an email address alone, so consent to marketing texts is never a condition of joining the list or of any purchase, and you can browse, join, and buy without opting in.
• Transactional consent. Order confirmation and shipping-update texts are consented to separately at checkout when you place an order. They are not marketing messages.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month, more around a drop.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. SLT Studios does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you'll get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@slt.studio.
• Carriers. Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Drops are made in numbered, limited runs and can sell out or close at any time. Prices are in USD and may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed by Stripe; placing an order is an offer we may accept by shipping. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent.

The SLT name, designs, photography, and site content are ours — don't copy, resell, or scrape them without permission. Don't abuse the site, attempt to bypass security, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, SLT Studios isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS program.

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
