Terms & SMS Terms

By using sltstudios.vercel.app, joining a drop waitlist, opting into texts, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site. Questions? Email hello@topslt.com.

The SLT Studios SMS program sends recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages — drop launch alerts, VIP early access, one-time discount codes, and order and shipping updates.

• Opt-in. You join by entering your mobile number on a drop or VIP signup form at sltstudios.vercel.app, or by texting SLT to our number. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies — typically a few messages per month, more around a drop.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. SLT Studios does not charge for the messages themselves.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you'll get one confirmation, then no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@topslt.com.
• Carriers.Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy. We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing. See our Privacy Policy.

Drops are made in numbered, limited runs and can sell out or close at any time. Prices are in USD and may change before an order is placed. Payment is processed by Stripe; placing an order is an offer we may accept by shipping. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or the order looks fraudulent.

The SLT name, designs, photography, and site content are ours — don't copy, resell, or scrape them without permission. Don't abuse the site, attempt to bypass security, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site and products are provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, SLT Studios isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or the SMS program.

We may update these Terms; we'll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the update.
